Career Counselor
A career is a life path. It is often interrupted, transformed, redirected, and constantly challenged. The average European will change profession at least 15 times throughout their lifetime. Technology, global crises, an aging population, climate change, the pandemic, and many other factors continuously reshape both the nature of work and the way we work.
Over the course of my 30-year corporate journey—from my first role as an assistant in the Marketing Department of Nestlé to serving as Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Roche—I had the opportunity to take on a wide range of roles and responsibilities. Through this path, I experienced firsthand what a career in a competitive corporate environment entails and what skills are required not only to secure and retain a position, but—most importantly—to grow through it, both professionally and personally.
At the same time, I had the privilege of actively contributing to the career development of the people I worked with: identifying their talents, co-designing their next steps, and encouraging them to believe in their potential. What fascinated me—and continues to fascinate me—is discovering people. Each person is a complex, multifaceted world. A unique path.
I continue to pursue what I have always been passionate about—facilitating people through their career paths, though now from a different perspective. I hold a degree in Education from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master’s in Marketing and Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business, and a second Master’s in the Design and Development of Career Guidance and Placement from Roma Tre University in Italy. With over three decades of international experience in senior roles in communications and digital marketing, I combine practical corporate insight with deep educational expertise to help each individual navigate a path that aligns with their true potential journey.
I have traveled across all continents—and perhaps even more so, across the inner landscapes of people and my own.
